The clearance of a home or business premises (in whole or in part) is actually a special way of "cleaning up & earning money": now we don't just collect the (for the sales concept) interesting items, but everything!

The premises will be handed over swept clean(if desired). Afterwards we will determine which items are interesting (for both parties) to start the sales process with and which will get a different, useful destination.

In advance you will receive an estimate of the revenue and costs: probable revenue greater than costs? You pay nothing! At the end you see the actual result. If it is positive, we pay out your profit share. Negative? Umecom risk!

Our working method: 5 simple steps, pragmatic and transparent

We will contact you by phone or email with a few, simple questions about the upcoming eviction (location, accessibility, quantity, etc.). We will then send you an initial, rough estimate/guideline.

From Step 1, we know whether an on-site inventory is necessary, or whether your information is sufficient. Then a more detailed overview follows of the (expected) revenue, costs and whether a profit distribution can be expected.

If the overview gives you reason to start, we go to Step 3 (registration and assignment)

To order us, you can go to the (external) main site Register (if not done before) or Login . Then we will contact you for an appointment to plan your eviction.

After your order we will start (Step 4): an efficient eviction, by the best sales!

The (for our concept) unsuitable items go to the regular thrift store, etc. Other items are photographed and placed on 12-13 online sales channels with good photos, thoughtful texts and smart keywords.

 When all items are sold (or after max. 3 months) a specification and settlement will follow.

The revenue is distributed according to the following scale/rates. You will receive a specification/open calculation of the actual revenue and costs. Your initial down payment will be corrected or your profit share will be paid out.

NO-RISC! = All costs are paid from the proceeds/risk of Umecom. You NEVER have to pay (in advance)!
(transport and storage costs are reserved in the case of (partial) evictions and art collections: these will be invoiced separately)

FIXED: the traditional clearance agent estimates both the value and the cost of the clearance. You receive a quote on that basis: if the costs are greater than the proceeds, you must pay the difference. But what if it's the other way around? In that case, the quotation is often difficult or unclear. Either way, there is little insight into the actual result!

VARIABLE: we clear according to the same (no-cure, no-pay) commission principle as for our Kringloop+ and other services: we pick up ALL your stuff and deliver the space clean. Profit (= revenue - costs) according to the scale / distribution on page rates. The final bill is 100% transparent! This is the best way to clear your premises!

NOTE: VARIABLE almost always yields more than FIXED! Moreover, you have 100% insight into the result (yield and costs).
