The clearance of a home or business premises (in whole or in part) is actually a special way of "cleaning up & earning money": now we don't just collect the (for the sales concept) interesting items, but everything!
The premises will be handed over swept clean(if desired). Afterwards we will determine which items are interesting (for both parties) to start the sales process with and which will get a different, useful destination.
In advance you will receive an estimate of the revenue and costs: probable revenue greater than costs? You pay nothing! At the end you see the actual result. If it is positive, we pay out your profit share. Negative? Umecom risk!

FIXED OR VARIABLE YIELD?
FIXED: the traditional clearance agent estimates both the value and the cost of the clearance. You receive a quote on that basis: if the costs are greater than the proceeds, you must pay the difference. But what if it's the other way around? In that case, the quotation is often difficult or unclear. Either way, there is little insight into the actual result!
VARIABLE: we clear according to the same (no-cure, no-pay) commission principle as for our Kringloop+ and other services: we pick up ALL your stuff and deliver the space clean. Profit (= revenue - costs) according to the scale / distribution on page rates. The final bill is 100% transparent! This is the best way to clear your premises!
NOTE: VARIABLE almost always yields more than FIXED! Moreover, you have 100% insight into the result (yield and costs).
