The eviction of a home or commercial property (in whole or in part) is actually a special way of “cleaning up & earning”: now we don't just collect the (for the sales concept) interesting items, but everything!
The property will be delivered broom clean (if desired) . Subsequently, it is determined which matters (for both parties) are interesting to start the sales process and which will be given a different, meaningful destination.
You will receive an estimate of revenue and costs in advance: probable revenue greater than costs? You pay nothing! At the end you will see the actual result. If it is positive, we will pay out your profit share. Negative? Risk Umecom!

FIXED YIELD OR PREFER VARIABLE?
FIXED: The traditional clearer estimates both the value and the cost of clearing. Based on this, you will receive a quote: if the costs are greater than the revenue, you must pay the difference. But, what if it's the other way around? This often makes the quotation difficult or unclear. Anyway, there is little view of the actual result!
VARIABLE: we clear according to the same (no-cure, no-pay) commission principle as for our Kringloop+ and other services: we pick up ALL belongings and deliver the room broom clean. Profit (= revenue – costs) according to the graduated scale/distribution on the rates . The final settlement is 100% transparent! In this way, your property is optimally cleared !
NOTE: VARIABLE almost always yields more than FIXED! In addition, you have 100% insight into the result (revenue and costs).
